Improve quality of life (mostly under windows)

• prioritise unix fileformat under win32 too,
• explicitly define viewdir as relative to ~,
• special-case windows console for the terminus plugin,
• enable termguicolors where possible,
• set list of gui fonts working for all three platforms,
